Emse General Manager İsrafil Bozkurt stated that thanks to check-in kiosk products, passengers can now check-in on their own without having to go to the check-in counter. With our check-in kiosks, passengers can now quickly print their boarding passes and choose their seats without waiting in line at the airport.

Emse became the 'check-in kiosk' manufacturer of Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet. Emse, which is Turkey's market leader in queue call systems (queue management systems) and also manufactures LCD screen information presentation panels (kiosks), electronic message boards, nurse call systems and digital information displays, undertook this production as a result of meticulous work and successful tests carried out between May 2016 and May 2017. Emse General Manager İsrafil Bozkurt said that check-in kiosk products are the first locally produced self-service product used in the aviation industry.

USED IN 18 AIRPORTS
Noting that they realized the production and delivery of check-in kiosks to all areas within 2.5 months, İsrafil Bozkurt said, "Our check-in kiosks have started to be used intensively at 18 airports in different provinces of Turkey, especially Sabiha Gökçen and Esenboğa Airport. We want to carry this experience to the export side, just like the queue management system." Emphasizing that passengers can now perform the transaction on their own without the need to go to the check-in counter, Bozkurt said, "With our check-in kiosks, passengers can quickly print their boarding pass without waiting in line."

SHORTER WAITING TIME AT THE AIRPORT
İsrafil Bozkurt stated that thanks to check-in kiosks, they have eliminated the problem of waiting in line for passengers without baggage delivery and continued as follows: "Passengers with checked baggage do not wait in line for check-in and only queue for baggage delivery. Our check-in kiosks shorten the waiting time of passengers at airports, while allowing them to print boarding passes without going to the counter. This way, passengers can choose their own seats."

By increasing service quality, it adds value to the business."
