Emse, a technology engineering company, has launched a new product. The product called LiveGate will serve as an information kiosk at airports. With its voice, text and video communication, LiveGate will make people's lives easier and save time. Emse, which provides services to its customers with queue management systems, information presentation panels with LCD screens (kiosks), electronic message boards, nurse call systems and digital information screens, recently launched LiveGate. LiveGate, which will serve as an information kiosk at airports, will make people's lives easier. Unlike conventional information kiosks, the device offers real-time video conferencing and will enable live information and assistance from the airport assistant. The device will serve the user with multidimensional communication with audio, video, document transfer and transaction flexibility.

Muslu Oğuz, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emse, said that passengers will be able to make video calls with the airport assistant by pressing a single button thanks to their device and added, "We will make people's lives easier with our new device." Stating that passengers can easily change their reservations and get information about airport facilities, Muslu Oğuz said, "Passenger information can be obtained by the airport assistant through barcode reading or scanning. Passengers can print a printout for informational purposes. Flight information can be learned instantly."

Disabled not forgotten
Noting that information can be provided by the airport assistant with the help of sign language for hearing-impaired passengers, Oğuz said, "Our device can also provide live voice guidance for the visually impaired."
