Emse Engineering, which has been operating in OSTİM for 31 years, stepped into the electronics sector with the production and export of currency boards when inflation was very high. The company, which manufactures queue management systems for banks, hospitals and public institutions in Turkey, exported these products to 31 countries, mainly in the Middle East and Arab countries. In addition to Arab countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Morocco, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tunisia, Russia, Estonia, India, Latvia, Bulgaria and Moldova.

Muslu Oğuz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emse Engineering, stated that they have proven their competence by competing with countries such as India and China abroad and said, "We produce tailor-made engineering products. In the tender specifications in some countries, Emse is specifically mentioned and our company is requested. This makes us proud. We sold goods as far as Tajikistan. We stood out from the competition with our low cost and quality. There was prejudice against Turkish electronic products. We overcame this."

Stating that they have also established an official R&D center, Oğuz said that they are no longer satisfied with queue management systems and that they have turned to airport automation. Oğuz stated that they produce airport systems for Turkish Airlines (THY) and that these products are also in demand from abroad and said, "We have 7-8 types of products in the airport sector. We make airport check-in kiosks and bag mobile models of these kiosks. We received an order from a world-famous airline company. We have a device where those with excess baggage can pay the fee immediately with a credit card. This device prevents the passenger from missing the flight. We have survey devices that ask 'are you satisfied with our service' when passing through the counter at the airport. We have also given this device to banks in countries such as Jordan and Dubai. We are also open to special order projects. We also work on special issues such as security and passenger recognition at the airport. " he said.

First self-service baggage delivery device in TurkeyOğuz stated that they have developed an automatic self-service baggage delivery device for THY to be used at Istanbul's 3rd airport and that this device is not currently in use in Turkey. Pointing out that the device is newly developed in the world, Oğuz said, "It is a system where the passenger will deliver their own luggage during peak hours at airports. It provides a great advantage during peak hours when the staff is insufficient. As a Turkish company, we are proud to develop this device. We made low-cost production compared to foreign competitors and prepared the software ourselves.
